
Catering is the key to a successful Event
It is no surprise that Utah’s ATK Conference and Event Center, (ACC) has a reputation for food that is absolutely amazing. When Utah Event news staff visited the beautiful venue, they were delighted to be served up an amazing dish of halibut tostadas w/black beans and smoked corn salsa, lettuce blend, topped w/feta cheese.
ACC guests often enjoy delicious meals at catered events, remembering the food, is one of the best compliments a venue. Here are some sample menus the ACC is known for:

Dry aged New York steak w/herb butter, Crab cake w/grilled corn salsa, Goat cheese mashed potatoes and asparagus. Dessert lava cake w/baked Alaskan.

When asked, Ray, the famous chef at ACC shared the following in our interview.
Q: What are some of the most requested items?
A: “Some of the favorites of the ACC are Halibut Tostada, all of the steaks and prime rib, smoked salmon, all of the soups, especially clam chowder.”
Q: What makes your menus so popular?
A: “These are just a few of our popular items, Ray said. “The key to the succses of all of our food is we use the best and freshest food to be found. We dry age all of our steaks for 12 to 14 days, and we use only the best angus beef. Our smoked salmon receipe has been used here for forty years and is the feature hors d’oeuvre each night. Soups are fresh made each day; we use very fine ingredients and heavy cream and butter.”
Q: What are the most common reactions of your guests?
“We have had many guest comment on our steaks saying that was the best steak they have ever had. Another comment is that our seafood items are cooked perfectly every time.”
Q: What kind of desserts are available?
A: “Desserts range from simple to very complex. We use only the best Swiss chocolate and everyone loves our carrot cake.”
